Each strategy is rated against four maturity levels, from Level 0 (not aligned) up to Level 3 (fully aligned). Your overall position is only as strong as your weakest strategy.
Why it matters
Organisations are usually asked to reach a specific level, often Maturity Level Two, across every strategy. Knowing what each level asks for lets you plan and budget with confidence.
